Jacob got married. He has 12 kids now. Jacob ran away from his family to get his wife.

This is a short story of what happened to Jacob:
ReplyDeleteJacob gets married to both of Laban's daughters. Jacob loves Rachel more than Leah. God gave Leah, her servant, and Rachel's servant kids. God gave them all children except Rachel. Finally God gives Rachel a child. She names him Joseph. Now Jacob has 12 children. Before all this happened Jacob ran away from home. He ran away from home because Esau was going to kill him. Esau was going to kill Jacob because Jacob took his blessing. When Jacob runs away he uses a rock for a pillow. During the night Jacob has a dream. His dream is about a staircase that reaches all the way up to heaven. On the staircase he sees angels going up and down. When he wakes up from his wonderful dream he uses the rock that he used for his pillow and makes an altar out of it. And he praises the Lord. The Lord promised Jacob to watch over him. Then Jacob arrives. Then Jacob sees Rachel and falls in love with her. He worked 7 years for Rachel. And on the wedding night Laban gives Leah to Jacob. Then Jacob
works another 7 years for Rachel. And then they get married. Thats the end of Jacob's story.
Jacob ran away to find a wife. He used a hard rock for a pillow to sleep. He worked for 7 years for Rachel. But Laben tricked him and gave Jacob Leah. Jacob worked for another 7 years to get Rachel and Laben gave Jacob Rachel. Jacob loved Rachel more than Leah. Leah suffered the most because Jacob loved Rachel the most. Leah had lots of kids but Rachel could not have kids so Rachel gave Jacob her servent and told Jacob to make love to her so she could have kids and Rachels servent had a kid but Rachels sister Leah thought that Rachel was trying to compete of who could have the most children so Leah gave Jacob her servent and told him to make love and have another kid and Leah did have one.

Jacob tricked his dad for the oldest sons rights. When Jacob was born he was holding on to his brothers heel. Jacob and his brother Esau are twins.

The oldest daugher's name was Leah. The yougest is named Rachel. And Jacob worked for Laban for 7 years because he loved Rahel so much! And when he got married to Leah,HE was so mad with Laban!So then he had to work another 7 years,because he loved Rachel more than Leah.

Jacob worked 7 years for Laban so he could marry Rachel. On the wedding day when he lifted the bride's veil he saw Leah, not Rachel. Laban told Jacob that he'd have to work another 7 years before he could marry Rachel. Before all this happened Jacob ran away because Rebekah heard that Esau was going to kill him so he ran away. One night Jacob fell asleep and he used a rock as a pillow. He had a dream about stairs going up to Heaven and he saw Angels going up and down the staircase. At the top of the stairs he saw God. When he woke the next morning he built an Altar and named the place Bethel [which used to be called Luz].
