I went to the library today (After VBS) and got three more Lemony Snicket Books! I like the first one so much I wanted to make sure I could read more without having to go back to the library every time.
However, you might see me at the library, cause we are going about every other day! The library is such a wonderful place! And it is such a thrill to check out the books for FREE!!

Right now I am reading Emily's Runaway Imagination. Have you read it before? It is by Beverly Cleary. I have a text to text, because it reminds me of the Little House on the Prairie books. Emily lives in Oregon on a farm and wants so badly for her town to have a library. She especially wants to read the book "Black Beauty". I have never read Black Beauty! Have you?

ReplyDeleteI'm reading Encyclopedia Brown tracks them down. Its a really good book. Its about a kid who solves mysteries. You might want to read it to your 3rd graders and they can try to salve the mysteries and even if they can't figure it out you can go to the and tell them the answer. Love you bye
