I talked to my mom about Pontious Pilate. My mom thought it was horrible that he was the cause of Jesus death. Mary had to watch her son Jesus Christ be crucified on the cross.I told my mom that after three days he rose from the dead. I had fun learning that stuff.

I talked to my dad about when Jesus entered Jerusalem on a donkey and how we got to touch the pony Skippy. I talked about how Judas betrayed Jesus and told the chief priest that if they gave him 30 pieces of silver that he would give Jesus to them. Then I talked about when it was the Last Supper and got a piece of bread. Then I talked about when Jesus went to pray in The Garden of Gethsemane........ then there's more!

I told my dad what the 4th and 5th grader did. He said it sounded fun. I told him that they gave us bread,viniger on a cuetip,a rock,and every thing else. I had Jordan & Lexie for a partner.

I talked about the Last Supper to my dad and Charlisa. It wasn't so fun, really not fun at all. But my dad and Charlisa understood me very well. I just stopped at the part where Judas betrays him. Hehe... So I did my homework! YAY!!!!!! FREEDOM!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI talked with my dad about Palm Sunday. The palm branches were for a special celebration that Jesus rode into Jerusalem on donkey. We also talked about the Lord's Supper. When Jesus shared the bread and the wine. It's called the body and the blood. We also talked about when Jesus got crucified. When Jesus carried the cross then they nailed him to the cross. And there were sad people for Jesus cause that he had to carry the cross.

I talked to my mom about the last supper. She thought its was cool. My favorite part was that I got to eat the bread. The Journey to the cross was a great pagent. :)

ReplyDeleteMy dad did not know about Jesus when he was little, but now he does. My mom and dad loved the talk. They said we should do it again. My sister talked about it to so now she knows more about God. I loved the Journey to the Cross a lot.

My dad and I talked about 4 stages of Jesus' road to death. We talked about Palm Sunday, Jesus clears the Temple, Jesus teaches in the Temple, The Last Supper, and Peter denies Jesus 3 times before the Roster crows.
ReplyDeleteI talked about every thing that led him to the cross. My mom really understood every part. My mom and me liked that Jesus was a man and how he understands how it feels when you are hurt or afraid. We also liked that there were two robbers and one believed and went to heaven.
ReplyDeleteI liked all the things we got like the vinegar the rock with the cross and the rosemary. When I was walking from the car at little circle i saw a bowl of water and i was thinking oh this must be the seen where PONTIOUS PILTE washes his hands and say "I am iniscint for this mans blood.". The Lords Supper was probably my favorite and i know why the soldiers were playing dice it was because they were gambling for Jesus' clothes and stuff like that! well that is all bye!!!

Mrs. Rumsey I thought it was cool that on each thing they did they gave us sumthing. But evrey one thought that the viniger tased grose but I thought it was not that bad. And I thought the plant smeld good. And I thought the sawer dowe bred tased good to.

When I talked about this to my mom, she the kids did really well on the scene The Lord Supper and she felt like crying because she thought about jesus dying on the cross. My favorite part was the Palm Sunday and the sadest part is when Jesus was being beated. My mom said she aslo was sad at the Pontious Pilate scene. I agreed with her because it was very sad.
