We get it so we remember God who sent his son Jesus to die on the cross. It is called that because we get ash on are heads.

That is weird. How is it illegal to be arrested,did they get the wrong guy or something or does Jesus never get arrested. There is a lot of questions about that. I know it will be a awesome.

I explained 5 times to her why we should give up stuff you love like Jesus did but she couldn't understand. Hi Mrs. Rumsey. When they put ashes on my head it kinda hurt because Mr. Duerr rubbed too hard. You can't see my ashes at all. Everyone and I started laughing because you couldn't see my ashes. I like ash Wednesday.

I gave up candy,other sweets,
ReplyDeleteCHOCOLATE and Webkinz for 40 days yes I CAN DO IT.
I explained 8 times to my sister Meha about Ash Wensday but then I realize she wouldn't understand.
I also think that Ash Wensday is called that because we are like Ashes because of our sins. I went to Costco and saw that some people had left over ash crosses on their forehead.
I like when you get ashes on are heads. It reminds me that i have sinned and been forgiven. I am happy God forgives me. I want to meet Jesus one day.

Today I missed chapel. I did not get ashes on my forehead. I wanted to get the ashes on my forehead. I had to go to the doctor. I don't know what I'm going to give up for Lent. Does anyone have any ideas?
