All books are books because they well, are all books. Just like Harry Potter and Narnia are the same things pretty much. Super Dumb Dummy Boy isn't published but it is a book. And I agree that all books are books.

All books are not just books. The stories inside each book are different. Some books are good and fun to read and some books are bad. I only like to read certain books like Magic Tree House and Captain Underpants.

To me a book is not just a book. It is something that an author wrote for people to enjoy. I like all different kinds of books I agree with Cami the part where you can't judge a book by it's cover. I love books if I had nothing to do I would probably read a book! :)

I kind of agree, because God is way more inportant then books. And I kind of disagree, because books help your brain. In fact I mostly uh.... think comic books, like Choco the Choclate Bar is not like a book at all. But I also think books are inportant!
ReplyDeleteYou are right Beau books are magical not just books. Some books make others feel different. A lot of girls rather read little house on the prairie then harry potter. Books are not boring if you really like it. If you read fairy land but you like harry potter then you will not like it as much. Hailey 2
ReplyDeleteAll books are not just books. They have differnt meanings. And some books tell the story of Jesus. Other books are scary,sad,funny,and some are mysterious.

Mrs. Rumsey books are just books. I like to read Little house books they are cool. Books are awesome. My favorite thing to do is read books. Beau books are just BOOKS!.

I think the saying: "books are just books" like "people are just people".. And I argree that books are just books. It's pretty much how the inside is not the outside. It's like how God looks on the inside NOT the outside.

ReplyDeleteI can't believe anyone would think that books are "just books". How sad would a world be that didn't have any books? I loved the way that Beau said that books are "magical, wonderful and even dangerous"! Books do soooo much to help our brains stretch, provide entertainment, and just give comfort. I'm sure there are some books out there that aren't very good, but those are the books that someone wrote because they loved writing--so really, they provided all that for their author, even if nobody else reads them. What a great question!! Mrs. Surridge
