THIRD GRADE NEWS—OCT. 27-30

• Our Christmas Traditions book has been sent to the printer so we are in the publishing stage of the writing process. We should have the completed project back before Christmas!
• All school chapel—Oct. 30
• First quarter ends—Oct. 31—Can you believe it? Report cards will come home Nov.7
• No School—Oct. 31—Salem Church will be hosting a Harvest Festival on campus from 12:00-4:00—come join us!
• No school—Nov. 10—Veteran’s Day
• Thanksgiving vacation—Nov. 24-28

This week, for memory, we will learn the SLuGs (Student Learning Goals) I have put them to the side of this web page under "memory". We will learning them in pieces. Your homework for Monday night is to say the SLuGs to 3 people. This is the part you need to say by memory:

"Salem SLuGs are to Share Jesus for Academic Excellence."

We will recite this tomorrow in class.
